At UNBROKEN, we prepare each order with care and aim to dispatch it as quickly as possible.

Shipping in Colombia

Shipping is free throughout Colombia.

As a general rule, orders are dispatched on the next business day after purchase and the estimated delivery time is 1 to 4 business days, depending on the city, destination and carrier conditions.

We work primarily with Interrapidísimo and Servientrega. The carrier may vary depending on coverage, destination or operating conditions.

International Shipping

Estimated international delivery time is 6 to 15 days, depending on the destination country, carrier and customs processes.

International shipping cost is calculated at checkout according to the destination and order characteristics.

Availability

The availability shown for each product, size and color reflects the inventory recorded at the time of purchase. If a reference exceptionally becomes unavailable after your order is placed, our team will contact you to offer an alternative or arrange the corresponding refund.
