ETHICS & CONDUCT
UNBROKEN / CODE OF CONDUCT
How we build the brand matters as much as the result. This Code sets out the principles that guide our decisions, professional relationships and way of working.
1. Scope
These principles guide the conduct expected within Unbroken and our relationships with employees, suppliers, partners and third parties connected to the brand's operations.
2. Integrity
We act in good faith, with honesty and respect for applicable law. We do not tolerate fraud, falsification of information, bribery or mechanisms intended to obtain improper advantages.
3. Conflicts of interest
Professional decisions must be made in the legitimate interest of the company. Any personal, financial or commercial situation that could materially interfere with a work decision must be disclosed and managed transparently.
4. Respect at work
We promote a professional environment based on respect, dignity and collaboration. We do not accept harassment, intimidation, violence or unlawful discrimination.
5. Suppliers and business relationships
We expect our suppliers and partners to comply with applicable law and maintain responsible practices regarding labor, safety, quality and business conduct. Unbroken may review a business relationship when there are material breaches of these principles.
6. Responsible communication
Information we communicate about products, materials, promotions, sustainability and performance must be clear and reasonably verifiable. We avoid misleading or exaggerated claims that could lead customers to error.
Commercial collaborations, sponsored content and relationships with creators must be managed in accordance with applicable advertising rules.
7. Information, privacy and intellectual property
We handle information about customers, employees, suppliers and partners with appropriate care and in accordance with our legal obligations. Access to confidential information must be limited to those who need it to perform their work.
We also respect our own and third-party intellectual property rights, including designs, photographs, text, software, trademarks, music and creative material.
8. Records and transparency
Commercial, accounting and operational records must appropriately reflect transactions. False documents must not be created, relevant information deliberately concealed or mechanisms used to make a transaction difficult to trace.
9. Reporting a concern
If an employee, supplier, partner or third party identifies conduct that may be contrary to these principles, they can report it to unbroken@unbroken.com.co or WhatsApp +57 313 582 0546.
Reports will be reviewed discreetly and according to the nature of each situation. Unbroken does not tolerate retaliation against a person for raising a legitimate concern in good faith.
10. Application and updates
This Code serves as a general framework and may be supplemented by internal policies, contractual obligations and applicable law. It may be updated as the company's operations, risks or needs evolve.
