We want the payment process to be as clear as the rest of the experience. At unbroken.com.co you can choose from the payment methods enabled for purchases in Colombia and, where applicable, for international purchases.
Available payment methods
- Debit and credit cards.
- PSE.
- Nequi.
- Mercado Pago.
- Bold Checkout.
- Bank transfer.
- Cash on delivery, when available for the order.
- PayPal for international purchases.
Availability may vary depending on the type of purchase, destination, payment provider and the conditions displayed at checkout.
Pay with ADDI
You can pay in up to 3 interest-free installments with ADDI, subject to the provider's terms, validation and approval.
Credit approval, available limits and related conditions are determined directly by ADDI.
International purchases
Checkout currently processes payments in Colombian pesos (COP). If you pay with a card or method denominated in another currency, your financial institution or payment provider may convert the amount and apply its own exchange rate or fees.
Payment confirmation
Your order is considered received once the purchase process is completed and you receive the corresponding confirmation.
If your payment method generates a receipt, keep the transaction confirmation until your order appears as confirmed.
Security
Online-store payments are processed through the providers enabled at checkout and the infrastructure available through Shopify.
UNBROKEN will never ask by email for banking passwords, account credentials, card security codes or one-time authentication codes.
If you receive a payment request that raises concerns, verify the information before completing any transaction.
